I will offer a space for you to express yourself freely so that you can find a way forward. I will stay close to your experiences to help you focus on what is happening for you now and to be able to make meaning and connections.
I will aim to build a relationship where you can feel really understood. I have a down to earth, compassionate approach and I trust that you know what you need when you have some time and space to explore and connect to yourself.
I will meet you where you are at during each session and help you to hold any uncertainties. I won’t jump to solutions but will help you to find your way. However, I am always happy to share ideas that might help.
